Originally built as a war machine by mankind, Model Number V3C70R, or Vector, is the sole reason pOp changed the world as it was always known to be. After the same research group that discovered pOp was forced to use it to power Vector, it became clear that pOp wasn't just some powerful energy source. It overrode Vector's programming and physical hardware, giving him a conscience, thus giving him life. The military quickly abandoned their plans, secluding Vector from the outside world. It wouldn't be until almost a year later that the military would try again, this time building Model Number X3N4, only to get similar results. Now Vector sees himself as Xena's older brother, ready to give his life for her, not that he could. Now that he's free he likes to tell his story to those that listen. Despite his past, he still willingly joined the Ace Elites. Some assume this decision is a result of some of his old programming still living inside of him, but he claims it’s just his way of saying thanks to the world for accepting him and his sister.
